Inkscape extension for Flash output

First install swftools from www.swftools.org and check if the binary 'pdf2swf'
is in the path.

Warning 1 : Remove (or rename) the files pdf_output.inx and ps2pdf.sh, to force
	    the use of internal pdf generator from inkscape (eg. v0.44), the old way 
	    may create pdf file in A4 format, not in the size of inkscape's page.

Put files pdf2swf.sh and swf_output.inx in your extensions directory like
/usr/share/inkscape/extensions

Launch Inkscape and you can see the Swf format in the "Save as.." list. 

Warning 2 : All the shapes are 'printed' in a pdf file, even if are out of page limits
	    and increases swf size. So you can create a layer to put shapes that you not 
	    want to be printed, and simply hide this layer.
